Shipping and Delivery
All orders are dispatched from our warehouse in . The shipments are fully tracked.
Orders need days of processing before they ship out. Please remember shipping time doesn't include these processing days.
Please note that shipping providers can be extremely busy at times, and some orders might experience a delay on top of usual delivery times. If your order is late, please allow 5-10 days more than indicated in standard shipping times before contacting our customer service. Thank you for your understanding.

Customs/import fees are the recipient's responsibility and are imposed by the country's regulations to which the goods are shipped to.
With Standard Shipping, your order will be delivered by your local postal service.
TRACKING
All orders are 100% tracked. You’ll receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your parcel once your order leaves our warehouse. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking link to start showing shipping information.
PLEASE NOTE
If you have ordered multiple items, ithey will ship separately. An additional shipping fee may apply.
We do not deliver to PO boxes or parcel stations. (?)
Returns & Refund
We are a customer-first company, and we strive to provide the best quality products with a seamless experience for you. Still, sometimes things happen, so if there's anything wrong with the item you have received, we will do our best to fix it and be satisfied.
If you want to return the item, please contact us within 30 days of receiving the order at lumyair@outlook.com. If you have discovered our fault, please take pictures of the defected, or wrong case sent to you and attach them to the initial email with an explanation.
